How do I give a contact access to a promo?

If a user is sent a Promo Campaign, they are automatically given access to a Promo.

There are two further ways to give access. Both are accessible via a promo dashboard:

Manage Access

Click manage access to select users who do / do not have access to the promo. You can search for contacts using their name, email address or company name, or filter to a particular list.

Once you're happy with your selection you can update access with or without notifying your contacts.

Quick Send

Quick Send allows you to quickly give access to an individual. If the email address you provide isn't already in your contacts, will will create a new contact before sending the email.
