Billing

We've tried to make billing as fair and transparent as possible. Rather than bill based on file storage (which costs nothing), or total contacts (which are just rows in a database), we bill based on the number of active contacts you have each month.

An active contact is a contact who:

• Has access to a live promo
• Has received an email in the last thirty days (not include any account management emails or quick-sends)

On most plans each active contact has an allocation of 10 emails a month. So on our basic plan you can have up to 100 contacts and send each of those 5 campaigns and have a follow up workflow for each of those campaigns.

We're flexible. If our off-the-shelf plans don't work for you please let use know and we will try to adjust.
