How does coverage work?

Let's imagine you send a campaign to John Smith – a freelance writer who works at NME – announcing a new tour for your band 'The Happy Monkeys'. For thirty days we will monitor the NME website for mention of 'The Happy Monkeys' and notify you if we find anything.

We do the same thing for promos between the live and end dates.

By default, we look for the subject of a campaign AND the artist name and for a promo we look for mentions of the promo title and the artist name. This is enitrely customisable via the coverage screen.
