How do I view a users' activity?

To view a users activity, find them on the contacts dashboard, then click View Activity from the dropdown menu.

The following activity is tracked:

• Promo Viewed
• Promo Listened
• Promo Download
• Promo Press Kit Download
• Promo Contact Added
• Feedback Submitted
• Campaign Sent
• Campaign Viewed
• Campaign Clicked
• Campaign Delivered
• Campaign Complained
• Campaign Bounced
• Track Played
• Track Downloaded
